I just came across this site and liked the idea so much I felt like I had to participate. I was given the pleasure to review Quirkymomma. Qruikymomma is a site made to help out families with children, cleanliness, and learning. It has a really warm feel with nice easy to read colors. The articles are all well written with the ease of the reader in mind. Quirkymomma has pages for learning, activities, freebies, and even housekeeping. Some of the things explained on her site blew me away. There is a ton of information for anyone to learn from. I have a four year old daughter so my family fits perfectly for this site. We are looking forward to getting in to some bubble to learn more about air in the next day or so. Another thing about this site that I liked so much was the pictures. That might sound funny, but you can learn a lot from the pictures and Quirkymomma did a good job of making them appealing to look at as well as eye-catching. Good work Quirkymomma and I look forward to learning more from your site!

Moms and Moppets is a blog about parenthood and childhood where most of the focus is on useful tips for parents. The posts are not too long and have some good information. I especially liked this post about how to handle whining. Its a good thing to have a lovely looking header image although the image is not exactly in line with the general content of the blog. I think the background image is a bit distracting and especially in a slow computer where it might take a bit of time to load the page it will look very ugly. Changing the back ground color to a plain darker color might enhance the content more.
What I really liked about the blog was the clever design of Adsense ads. They are matching the general theme and certainly looks like part of the content. Instead of the rectangular link ads unit it would be better to add a large square unit because they tend to perform better especially in blogspot blogs which narrows the layout of the blog. The selection of Amazon products and other ad networds are all realted to the content so the blog has potential to be a money maker. Adding a link list Adsense unit in the sidebar is another Adsense option that is worth trying out.
The posting frequency varies but in general you can expect a post within 3-4 days and it is regularly updated. So subscribing to the RSS feed is a good way to stay in touch with the blog. Great blog to visit if your a parent or someone whos gonna be a parent soon
